Cancellation and Refund

1. Cancellation Policy:

1.1. Project Cancellation:
Clients may request project cancellation by providing written notice to Digital Kranti India Private Limited. Upon cancellation, clients are liable for payment for the work completed up to that point.

1.2. Termination by Digital Kranti:
Digital Kranti reserves the right to terminate a project if the client breaches any terms of the agreement. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment for the work completed up to the termination date.

2. Refund Policy:

2.1. Project Refund:
Refunds are not applicable for work already completed. In the event of project cancellation, any pre-paid amounts beyond the completed work will be refunded within 30 days.

2.2. Unused Services:
Refunds for unused services, such as hosting or maintenance fees, will be provided on a pro-rata basis.

2.3. No Refund for Digital Marketing Services:
No refunds will be issued for digital marketing services once the campaign or service has been initiated. Fees for these services are non-refundable.

3. Quality Assurance:

3.1. Refunds Due to Unsatisfactory Service:
If the client is unsatisfied with the quality of the service provided, Digital Kranti will make reasonable efforts to rectify the issue. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3.2. Approval and Acceptance:
Upon completion of the project, clients are given a reasonable period to review and request revisions. If no feedback is provided within this period, the project is considered accepted, and refunds will not be issued.

4. Force Majeure:

4.1. No Refunds in Force Majeure Events:
In the event of a force majeure event or circumstances beyond Digital Kranti’s control that result in project disruption or cancellation, refunds will not be issued. Efforts will be made to complete the project at a later date.
